1. Where are Green Trading products made?
Our products are either manufactured in New Zealand or responsibly sourced from certified organic farms in India and other countries. All products meet New Zealand and Australian safety and quality standards.
2. Are your products organic?
Yes, most of our products are Bio-Gro certified organic, which is the New Zealand Organic certification or made from natural ingredients. Please check individual product pages for certification details.
3. What does âAyurvedicâ mean in your product descriptions?
Ayurveda is a traditional Indian system of medicine that uses natural herbs for holistic wellness. Our Ayurvedic products like Ashwagandha, Moringa, and Neem are rooted in this philosophy.
4. Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all of our products are vegan and gluten-free and not tested on animals.
5. Can I take multiple Green Trading supplements together?
Yes, many of our superfoods and supplements can be combined into teas and smoothies or simply in a glass of water. However, we recommend consulting your health professional or emailing us on Admin@greentrading.co.nz for personalised advice.
6. Do you sell in retail stores?
Yes, our products are available at select health stores across New Zealand and selected countries around the world. You can also order directly through our website and see the list of retailers near you through the contact page on our website.
7. How long will my order take to arrive?
NZ orders: typically 2â5 business.
Australia: 3â8 business days
Youâll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship worldwide. Simply see the shipping for your location when placing the order on the website.
9. What is your return policy?
We offer a 3 day return policy on unused and unopened items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us for a prompt resolution. For damaged/ refund items please send us an email with a photo of the order, order number and the mention of the incorrect product if applicable on Admin@greentrading.co.nz.Â
10. How should I store powders like Moringa, Neem, or Curcumin?
Store all powders in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use an airtight container after opening for maximum freshness.
11. Do your products contain fillers or additives?
No. Our powders are 100% pure with no added fillers, preservatives, or synthetic ingredients you can visit our website regarding more information.
12. Is neem oil safe to use on food plants?
Yes, our neem oil insecticide is made from cold-pressed neem and is safe for edible plants when used as directed. We recommend a 7-day withholding period before harvesting.
13. How do I use mushroom powders like Lionâs Mane or Cordyceps?
Add ½ to 1 teaspoon daily to smoothies, teas, or food. Regular use may support brain health, immunity, and energy.
14. Can I become a stockist or distributor?

15. Do you offer bundle deals or subscriptions?
Yes, we often run seasonal promotions, combo offers, and subscription discounts. When you place an order you can choose to opt for monthly subscription/ recurring order and save 5% Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on promos and seasonal deals.
16. Hey I have placed an order but haven't received my parcel?
Weâre sorry to hear that, you can track the process of your parcel with the tracking number emailed you after the your order is shipped. If itâs stuck somewhere you can call the courier company to get more information regarding the current status of your parcel.

If you havenât received a tracking number for your parcel contact us on Admin@greentrading.co.nz and weâll help you sort through it.Â
18. I have just been charged for another order I didnât place, whatâs happening?
If youâve just been charged for an order and got an order confirmation for an order you didnât place, it is because you opted for a subscription order on your last purchase. To opt you can login to your account and there should be an option for cancel subscription under account settings, alternatively contact Admin@greentrading.co.nz for assistance.

20. Hey I want to place a retailer order
