Our Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Green Trading , we truly appreciate your support and your trust in our natural and organic products. We want you to have the best experience possible, and while we hope you’ll love everything you order from us, we understand that sometimes things don’t go quite as planned.

Returning Products Purchased from Our Website

For health and hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on health supplements or cosmetic products unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. We kindly ask that you choose carefully before purchasing.

If something’s gone wrong with your order, don’t worry — we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item, and we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

To request a return:

  • Email us first with your order details and the reason for return.

  • We'll review your request and respond with return instructions if your return is approved.

Returned products must be in saleable condition and returned within 3 days of receiving your order (unless the item is faulty). We’re not able to accept returns after this period.


Change of Mind or Incorrect Purchase

We’re not required to offer a refund if you’ve simply changed your mind. However, in some cases, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion.

Please note:

  • Return shipping for non-faulty items is your responsibility.

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • In special cases where we approve a refund, a 25% restocking fee (excluding shipping) will apply.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, or if we’ve accidentally sent the wrong item:

  • Let us know within 3 days.

  • We may ask for a photo or for the item to be returned.

  • We'll cover return shipping for incorrectly supplied items and send the correct ones as soon as we receive the original items back in their original condition.

If your parcel was damaged during delivery, please retain the packaging and contact us immediately — we may need to liaise with the courier or request a photo to assess the damage.

We will always meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act, and will offer a replacement, repair, or refund if required.


How Refunds Are Processed

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued via the same payment method used for your purchase.

  • Credit card refunds will go back to your card.

  • Account purchases will receive a store credit.

  • Any applicable transaction fees (e.g., PayPal or credit card processing fees) will be deducted as per those services' terms.

  • Refunds via bank transfer do not incur additional fees.
