Vegan Ashwagandha Brownies

Ashwagandha Brownies

Ingredients

1/4C Green Trading Ashwagandha Powder

1/8C coconut flour

4 vegan eggs

(4TBSP chia seed powder + 12TBSP water, let sit for 5min)

1/3C cocoa powder

1C coconut sugar

1/2 tsp Himalayan salt

1/3C Green Trading Coconut Oil

1/3 C cacao nibs

1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180C, line baking tray with baking paper
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients except coconut oil, vanilla extract and cacao nibs
  3. Add melted coconut oil and vanilla extract, stir well
  4. Fold in cacao nibs
  5. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30min
  6. Let cool completely in baking tray before cutting to desired size
