Ashwagandha Brownies

Ingredients
1/4C Green Trading Ashwagandha Powder
1/8C coconut flour
4 vegan eggs
(4TBSP chia seed powder + 12TBSP water, let sit for 5min)
1/3C cocoa powder
1C coconut sugar
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
1/3C Green Trading Coconut Oil
1/3 C cacao nibs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Preheat oven to 180C, line baking tray with baking paper
- In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients except coconut oil, vanilla extract and cacao nibs
- Add melted coconut oil and vanilla extract, stir well
- Fold in cacao nibs
- Pour batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30min
- Let cool completely in baking tray before cutting to desired size
