Vegan Post-Workout Shake with Curcumin


  • 1 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup silken tofu
  • 1 tablespoon Green Trading Organic Coconut oil
  • 2 capsules Green Trading Organic Curcumin extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional)


  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Gather all the ingredients and have them ready for blending.
