I recently purchased a bag of Brahmi powder from Green Trading New Zealand. The shipping was impressively fast, and I appreciate the prompt service. Unfortunately, my son and I struggled with the product due to its extreme bitterness and off-putting smell, which triggered gag reflexes for both of us. I have a strong stomach and can tolerate most strong herbal powders, but this one was unbearable even when mixed with honey, maple syrup, or sugar.

To make it usable, I resorted to manually filling capsules with the powder, which was both time-consuming and messy, resulting in a significant waste of the product. While I won’t be buying this again, I want to highlight that those with a sensitive stomach or a low tolerance for bitterness should consider this before purchasing.

In just a week I can already feel the desired effect of this tonic. Day 1 it already helped me get a good night sleep. And my memory functions gradually improved. At first, it is so bitter but eventually gkt used to the taste. Highly recommended.

I am caregiver to my brother who has advanced dementia. I started him on Brahmi about a week ago. So far it looks good. He is much calmer and has begun eating all of his meals (he had this annoying habit of leaving about a quarter uneaten no matter how much he was given). Another astonishing effect is that he now thanks me for every favour. Anyone familiar with this condition knows the first thing to disappear is empathy and with it, gratitude, so this is quite remarkable - he had exhibited no awareness of the effort his care demands and had not said thank you in a year or more. Early days and who knows if it is sustainable in the long term but very happy so far.

I don't like it at all it tastes disgusting I can't take it I didn't realize I could get it in capsule form or I would have done that.
