Take 1 cup of milk and boil it, add the recommended amount of Shatavari powder and stir well. Simmer the mature for 15-20 minutes with the lid off. Cool it, Stain and drink it. Staining is an option. You can also take a spoon full of just water or any other way.
Rejuvenative Shatavari Milkshake :
6-8 oz of milk or milk substitute (almond /soy/ coconut milk etc.)
4 large soft dates
1 tsp Green trading organic Shatavari
Soak almonds and dates separately in water
Peel the almond
In a blender add milk or milk substitute, almonds, and dates.
Blend for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy
Pour into saucepan and heat over mild flame
Add Green Trading Shatavari powder and stir well.
Remove from heat when warm enough and drink warm.
